Trust me, this is the perfect hotel in Miami. Close to Delano, the beach and all the happening areas - Mansion club.

Also, its newly renovated - looks beautiful and affordable ($150 a night).

I did lots of research, been to Miami twice now, and nothing comes close to this hotel.

We made the mistake of bookin the howard johnson..too far from south beach so went 2 find a better location hotel,it was the boat show n v busy time n nowhere had rooms til we came across the cadet, the hotel was so cute n cosy...slept great in the bed big fluffy pillows! nice little touches in the room like fruit bowl! n good supplies in bathroom! ...

FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING STAFF, happy TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU AND YOUR NEEDS... The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable (I didn't want to get out of it), and the overall atmosphere was very very pleasant. The garden area where we had coffee each morning was warm, nicely decorated and inviting
We will definitely come back.

excellent price, clean, comfortable, a block from the beach, friendly and a few blocks from lincoln road for shopping and dining in the heart of south beach

We loved this place!!!!!!!!! At first we were MAD and give attatute to the people who work there. Even then they were so nice and Kind to us and give us the best service they can. The complamaenty Brakefast was Great!!! Location,lookes, Service was A+!!!!!! Only think we wish they had was a Pool.. but hey it's ok they are soo close to the beach! Give us a great rate on a busy weekend..
