There was nothing that we disliked! We enjoyed our stay very much. We are looking forward to coming back soon. The rooms were very clean and kids loved the pool. The view from the indoor pool was beautiful by the stream. The service was great! The staff was very helful with ideas and directions for entertainment. We enjoyed the continetal breakfast. It had snowed on our arrival day and the view was awesome. We look forward to returning soon.

I have stayed many time,s at pigeon forge ,this was my first time a willow brook lodge.we will go back,everthing was as advertised,CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN!WELL MAINTAINED! its a little pricey but you get what you paid for.the staff was friendly and helpful.one of the few motel beds Ive slept on that was very comfortable.

Willow Brook Lodge is a great place to stay. Clean and great pool for the kids. Kids loved the slide! No problems with the service. Great location. Huge mini-golf course right across the street. I would stay there again!

This is a very nice hotel. I would stay at this hotel many more times. The pool is in a great spot. In the middle of the hotel so you can keep an eye on older children swimming.

The customer service by the staff was pleasant. The room was overlooking the pool was fantastic. I enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi in the room, and the clean comfortable beds. Really there wasn't anything to dislike.

We didn't stay here, because when I check the internet prices, for a standard room, for 2 people for the last week in May, (not holiday or weekend rates) On the internet they were $42.00 plus tax. Every year we always stay at Willow Brook Lodge. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. The pool was our favorite, the slide is so much fun. The only thing that would prevent us from staying is the price. But they offer 15 % off of your stay per night, so that helps a little.
