The people that work their are great. They go out of way to help you with your room and your stay. We had to wate five years to get a room with them for the shades of the past car show. We come up their more than once a year and we stay with them if they have a room. Great place to stay.

I CANT THINK OF ANNYTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE SERVICE WAS GREAT,MY ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AFTER A LONG DAY IN GATLINGBURG,THE STAFF WAS GREAT IN OTHER WORDS IT WAS ALL GOOD.

I have been coming to willowbrook for 4 yrs in april for a church camp meeting and i would not stay anywhere else. Every thing is clean , the cont. breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel to anyone. We have always enjoyed our stay and the pools are wonderful.

We loved this hotel. We are on a two week vacation starting at Pigeon Forge then to Nashville. We decided to cut the Nashville portion because we enjoyed this hotel so much that we are going back to spend a few more days before going back home. Our room is older and basic. The staff is moderately friendly. Internet access is through dial-up in the rooms; there is wireless connection in the office area, but we were unable to get access through it, and there are no instructions or help. The towels are thin and well used. Our room had a musty smell throughout our stay. Would we stay here again? Probably not. We are not complainers; we'll just find another hotel.

We have stayed here the last two years. I was not that happy last year. I thought the room was a little small, the refrigerator and microwave were to close to where we hung our clothes. we have been staying there for several years. We always have good service and the staff is extremely nice. Also, the breakfast is very good. This is a very clean place to stay. this is a very nice place to stay.
