would never expectedthe rooms were not spectacular and the bedspread smelled musty. when I got home i checked my bank balance and was suprised to find that an additional $ 200 charge had been made from flumes end a total of $615 dollars for 2 night! we were charged more than was listed per nightby 20 a night never was the price change mentioned. when i called i was ...2 of 3 Yahoo! Best place to stay in the Gold CountryThe house and property is stunning, interiors are charming and very elegant. The innkeeper was extrememly helpful and very knowledgable and friendly. The ambiance is nothing short of paradise and the sound of the waterfall just outside my window was the calm I needed. '
The breakfast was five star and presented with the elegance not to be topped in any other inn I have ever stayed.
