Rooms are disgusting and no professional attitude as a owner.I found roches and bugs inside the room and bathrooms are very nasty and hairs all over the bathtub.bottomline total uncomfortable sleep.I would not suggest anyone to saty there.Otherwise it's up to them.

we stayed 1 day/night.the room was clean,bathroom also.i liked the mini refrigerator,microwave,v.c.r.provided! motel is not to far from a mall,shopping plazas,supermarkets.its location is about 6-8 miles from downtown buffalo.easy access to I-90 north to niagara falls.this motel is no holiday inn,but it's budget priced.for 2 people/ double beds I paid about $61.00 (tax included)

In all fairness, I must report that I just found out I got a refund for one of the 2 nights I booked at this hotel (I didn't stay even one), but the rest of my review stays unchanged.

The room was musty, bug infested, spider webs in the windows, the were no remodeling upgrades since originally built in the 1950's. If it wasn't for the fact that I was extremely tired from driving 10 hours and needed desparate sleep, I would have found another hotel.
