The hotel is in a good location. However, it should be called a motel. I am disappointed because I was told this Days Inn in Sedona was a 3 Star hotel. At best, it is a 2 star motel. The bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs against my skin. This made for a horrible night of sleeping. In addition to that, a big roach was in ...
sedona is expensive. period. for 100 bucks out the door, my wife, 4-yr-old, and i got a king bed, refrig, microwave, balcony, chairs and table.
it was nothing great, but it wasn't 200 bucks either. about 3 miles out of town on 89a, it was a 3-4 minute drive back to "the touristy stuff" and another ten up to slide rock.
If you intend on getting any sleep this is not the place to do it. The property is right up along 89A. Which makes it easy to find, but the noise from the traffic and big trucks is continuous. My husband describes the mattress as being one step up from a park bench. We have a baby and called twice to asked very specific questions about crib ...
These accomodations met my needs perfectly. Clean, safe, friendly, quiet, comfortable and helpful. They gave me the best room available and assisted with directions, dining recommendations, and sage advice. I will definitely return again and tell all my friends about it!
Excellent service, clean, excellent location. The front staff made the difference in our stay. Without their recommendation for dinner we would have been lost. We owe them for the time they took to answer our questions. Cobi, Gayle and another front staff lady I cannot remember the name were simply fabulous. Management needs to reward these ladies!! The best deal for your money' Highly recommend it !!
This hotel is a superior value in Sedona. My sis and I just finished a 4 night stay at the amazing AAA rate of $63/night! But please note: we are no frills type of people so this place was perfect for us. Others who want romance, deluxe linens, terry bathrobes, room service, mints on your pillow, etc should NOT stay here; it is after all a Days ...

Very nice visit
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/05/05
The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful, the pool and sauna kept in beautiful shape, and I was never disturbed by sounds of neighbors (the hotel was full). I plan to take my kids back to the area in a couple of weeks and now I know where to stay (after four other visits to Sedona).

Last Room in Town and Very Nice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/10/04
I rate this hotel as excellent because they were the last room that we could find during a busy weekend in Sedona but it was clean, quaint for a Days Inn, and had a beautiful area to eat breakfast. Every once in a while, a small chain hotel suprises you with the nice touch and this is one of them.
