Didnt like the city atmosphere getting to the hotel.
Once inside the hotel,it is wonderful.
service is good and the hotel rooms are nice.
The pool is nice too. The food /breakfast bar is satisfying well stocked.

Before I even arrived I was told the pool was not open due to maintenance problems. When I called back to cancel my room,(which I was told I could do by 6:00pm on arrival day)I was told I had until the 29th to cancel because I was with a group. #1 I was mis informed about the cancellation policey.#2 Amenities advertised that are not available and ...

This is a nice hotel. Nice clean rooms and great people. Good for vacation and for business trips. Lots of restaurants in downtown. Closest hotel to downtown.

Easy access to the interstate, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room! When we arrived, two of the lights weren't working in the room so we called the front desk. They came up immediately and took care of the problem. Their "Continental Breakfast" would rival any breakfast buffet I've seen. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. If I am in the area again, I would definitely stay there again.

What else can you ask for! Oh yeah, the fresh baked cookies smell and warm cookies that greet you along with the receptionist. GREAT HOTEL! I visit it at least 10+ times a year on business.
