Williamsburg in JulyOur family spent one week during the July 4th holiday at the Manor Club at Fords Colony. The rooms were clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Weather was lovely. Great accomodations with a great priceI initially decided to stay at this hotel based on the location, as Ford's Colony has a reputation for being a top notch community. I have to say that I was quite impressed with the accomodations overall. The only negative I found was that the hot tub adjacent to the building we stayed in was not ready for use. Excellent place for a vacation!We've been going here every Fall for over 10 years. Outstanding Marriott service. Beautiful location. Roomy accommodations. Returning this week!We loved this place! We took 2 family members 3 years ago- they loved it too! Nice place to rest after touring Colonial Williamsburg each day. A beautiful place in the middle of an exclusive golf course.There are two sections of this timeshare - the original secion near the office and the
Sequel section across the road where the large pool is found. The Sequel section has hotel rooms and 1 bdrm suites and 2 bdrm suites. The original section has only 2 bdrm suites. One of our best stays.With 3 teenage boys it's hard to find a room with enough room, but the 2 bedroom villa was perfect! The room was very clean and well equipped. The grounds were just beautiful and well kept. The pools were very clean. No matter were you wanted to go, it was only a short drive. We had room service every morning. Best Hotel Ever Been To!I loved it there. The location is colse to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA as well as coloniel Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, and Yorktown.
