Our home away from home!We've been coming to Pigeon Forge for over 20 years and have stayed in several other motels in the area. When we found Mountain Trace, we were impressed by the service and cleanliness of the staff. We will definitely stay here againThe value of this place is great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I liked that the atmosphere was Christian. Great continental breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools.
I also liked the location. It is not right on the strip, but it is close enough that you can walk to it.

We stay here yearlyWe have stayed at Mountain Trace Inn since our little girl was 6 years old(she's 11 now)she wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It is clean, not overly expensive the rooms are clean and it's close to the outlet malls which is a wonderful thing. We love it and will stay there for years to come!Was this review helpful? Awesome experienceWe loved Mtn.Trace. We have been to Pigeon Forge about twenty times in the past ten years. We have stayed in many different hotels and chalets. Mtn. Trace was by far the most reasonable priced, the cleanest, the nicest decorated and had the friendliest staff. We will continue staying at Mtn.Trace from now on!! 2 THUMBS UP!!!OUR FIRST STAY AT MOUNTAIN TRACE INN WAS SO GREAT!THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND THE ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN.WE WERE SO GLAD TO FINALLY FIND A HOTEL THAT WAS NOT ASHAMED OF THEIR FAITH!WE ARE GOING AGAIN THIS WEEKEND.CAN'T WAIT,I SPOKE WITH THE STAFF ON THE PHONE AND SHE WAS SO SWEET AND POLITE AND SAID I WILL SEE YOU SOON. 2 THUMBS UP FROM US!

AWSOME MOTEL!I loved the great service we got there, the mantinence, house keepers, and desk clerks all did there job to make sure we feel at home. If we needed something they got it for us. They had an outdoor and indoor swiming pool. Very clean, I mean spotless. The house keepers know what they are doing here, and myhat goes off to the owners or manager who hired them.
