We arrived in Pidgeon Forge late and were very tired from being on the road. We went to a hotel that was on the hill and they were full. The front desk clerk advised us to go to Mountain Trace. The room was dirty,the sheets were paper thin ,no shampoo.and the room rate was $119.00 for one night.We were told that there were no rooms the closer we would get to Knoxville ,so we took the room .the next morning,at 8:00am, as we were leaving we saw vacanciess in all the motels on the way to knoxville.We feel we were lied to and overcharged.

We have finally found our home away from home! We met most of the folks who work there, A Mom, her two sons, & daughter-in-law all worked on the front desk. Everything was very clean, the location was excellent. We are with a traveling ball team called the greeneville stars softball. The location is right near the ballfields and many attractions.

My family loves the cleanliness and the location of Mountain Trace Inn. Whenever we plan a trip to Pigeon Forge this is where we stay. It is within walking distance of great food and fun. Also the indoor pool is a big hit with my 8 year old son.

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice.
We arrived very late one night and was treated very nicely, not rude like some of the other motels treated us.
