It is generally a friendly place, and the staff are helpful ( see above ); It is well located downtown, and has covered parking with valet service. It is not the newest hotel, but is decent. The prices are reasonable for the quality, but I usually like to spend less. You may as in most Mexican Hotels bargain a bit.
