There are structural issues as the building is falling apart.
Most of the front desk staff looked like they were picked up off the street.

Great place to stay. under renovation as of March 07

This had free wi-fi and breakfast, snacks in the evening etc. Room was huge. Got it for $50 on a weeknight off priceline as 2.5 star hotel. As of march 07, they are renovating the whole hotel. Really would like to see it when it will be finished.

This hotel was a little over due for a renovation, but they make up for that with exceptional service. Maybe it's just the southern hospitality, but this particular hotel had some of the kindest and most helpfull employees I've ever encountered.
The rooms are disgustingly dirty. The nonsmoking rooms absolutely reek of smoke. The hallways are also heavy with smoke smell. We tried to change hotels, but it was a holiday weekend and every other hotel in the area was completely full.
The breakfast is very good, but not anything unusual for hotels in this area.
If you are in the Brentwood area (appox. 10 mi from Nashville) this is one of the best hotels to stay in. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and very clean. The hotel staff is pretty nice and for the most part see that your needs are met. Pets are welcomed here so it's a place for the whole family. Every room is a suite with a living area, a ...
