First of all, it says Best Western, but once you get to the hotel it called Chicago Southland. There is no Best Western sign at all. The hotel was filthy. I rented two (2) rooms. The first set of rooms they gave me were dirty and appeared to be occupied by other people. The beds were not made, towels were on the floor in the bathroom, ...

The pool area was dirty and the pool water was cloudy. The continental breakfast was very weak and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was bad. We found it to be a not so very customer service hotel.
