Printer was inop and desk promised to mail receipt. Receipt was not mailed and required a call to request receipt be mailed. This is poor customer service. I am a Diamond Level client and am very disappointed.

I like Hampton Inn; free Internet in the lobby, free good breakfast, pool, exercise room My room was neat, clean, and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Few steps to a big mall, and many nearby restaurants.
This place is totally awesome!! and the food is the best we have ever had! Plus the beds are like feathers in a case! And the service is the best Ever!

We stayed overnight on Dec. 3, 2005 for a wedding, and had an overall good experience. The room we stayed in had two double beds and we all thought it was rather small. The Manager at this hotel.... Dennis Clark is fabulous. I have stayed in many hotels and the service makes or breaks the hotel. Dennis was absolutely fantastic, hospitable, friendly, and extremely customer service oriented. You can't go wrong at this hotel if Dennis is at the front desk.
