Very clean, very courteous staff. Can't wait to help you with any needs. Staff speaks Enlgish somewhat, but no problems. Food is terrbile, expensive, and really should go out of the hotel for lunch, and dinner whenever possible. However, it is about a 5-10 walk to the center of town to find restaurants.
