I liked the staff because they were sympathetic and tried to be accomodating because the room conditions sucked. I stayed in the master suite, the refrigerator did not work and the Plasma TV did not get the CBS or NBC stations. They gave us points for future stays but did not offer to reduce our room rate.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The room smelled and there were gangs haning out in the parking lot at night. Did not feel safe. We were charged more than we were quoted when we entered the hotel. When we disputed the added charges, the staff simply said there was no manager on duty and they could not reverse the charge. Now i have to dispute the charges through my visa company.

Being located only a few minutes away from the old town, the value that we received was really great, especially at the rate that we are paying. All the decent hotels closer to old town are over $200 and we paid less than $130 for a friendly service, free hot buffet breakfast, free Internet and it even has a little workout room. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time when I am in Pasadena!

The hotel is few miles away from old town, however, it's worth the extra few mintues.
Friendly staff, free breakfast, and great rate, are key points for my return.

The hotel is a bit out of the way-- but was clean and affordable. The Thai restaurant in the same complex was fantastic. I wish they had an exercise room-- but the free internet/ computer on the ground floor was very helpful.
