  • Read the "Fine" Print Before Booking !
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/30/09
Pros: Location is choice for anyone seeking a Vegas experience. Staff is on par with service delivered to guests - or as much as any minimum wage paying job would include.

Cons: Hidden Resort Fee of $20 per day. What does this mean?
For those of you booking a reservation either by way of Web travel sites (expedia, travelocity, etc.) or direct ...

  • Treasure Island - Las Vegas Strip
    By janis, 11/28/09
I agree with George about the surcharge. I made a reservation through Orbitz. After my card was charged the acknowledgement in teensy print mentioned a surcharge. On check-in I was told about the mandatory surcharge and handed a piece of paper was handed to me that listed the charges. I couldn't walk away because the rooms were prepaid by ...

  • Hidden, Mandatory surcharge - Caveat Emptor!
    By GeorgeS, 11/26/09
I have been coming to Treasure Island for years. I like the location in the middle of the strip. The rooms, casino, restaurants, bars, etc. are all fine. And the staff are generally great. But I will not be coming back. They have instituted a mandatory $22.40 per room per day charge, hidden in the fine print of your acknowledgment. It ...

  • Excellent Hotel, Excellent Value
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/09
My wife and I visited Las Vegas in October. It was an excellent experience. We stayed in the deluxe room which had an awesome view of the strip. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were the the most comfortable that we had ever had in a hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gladly printed out our boarding passes ...

  • Just Right!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/26/09
T.I.'s location cant be beat. Right in the middle of the action, but in the cleaner area of the strip, walking distance to everything - and walk we did. The size of the resort was what I appreciated most... after walking all day, the last thing you feel like doing is trekking all over your hotel to find the elevator to your room. TI was ...

  • Would not stay again.
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/05/09
Bathroom was dirty. Had no hand towels. Called Guest Services, said they would send someone up but would not give a time. Afford no appoliges (I thought was kinda rude). After returning to room later in day found hand towels finally delivered but bathroom still not clean. Folks down the hall ordered room service and placed left-overs out in hall. It stayed there for TWO DAYs. Stayed at economy hotels that have more too offer than TI

  • Best hotel in Vegas I've stayed at so far!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/03/09
We arrived at T.I around check-in time and the line was huge, so we thought we were going to be there forever. But the line went super fast, and the man who helped us was so nice. He put us in a room on the 30th floor that had a view of the strip I don't think you could beat. Our rooms were awesome and the bed was SO comfortable! The rooms ...

  • Tower Suite is Huge!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/09
Best bang for the buck. Tower Suite is huge with 2 full baths and a great deal when $225.00 or under. Check in takes too long but this is a great place to stay. Beds are perfect and all suites have had a good views.

  • Arrr (Las Vegas Style)
    By Matthew, 07/06/09
I recently stayed at Treasure Island. Check in was a little hectic with the long line of people waiting, but the service was impressive, the show "Sirens of TI" was a lot of fun (and free!), and there was something to do at everywhere you turned. The drinks and food are expensive but we found it to be very high quality and similarly priced to other places on the strip. A great experience that I would recommend to everyone!

  • Great the first 2 times I stayed there!
    By Susa, 06/19/09
Getting ready to go back to Vegas on the 1st of July. I booked TI again after staying there a year ago. The first time was many years ago and it was good but the last time they had gone through a major remodel and it was really wonderful. I hope my experience in a few weeks will be as good as it was a year ago. The rooms are nice, clean and ...
