Room was dirty, it looked like it hadn't been clean, trash everywhere, bed unmade, front desk didn't see too helpful or caring, they billed my credit card twice. Would not recommend it.

I asked specific questions about the suite before hand and was told the room offered things that it did not! For a suite, the room left a lot to be desired. When we went to management about all of this, their solution was to offer us more pillows! We wanted a refund to go elsewhere and we were denied even though they lied about the room in the first place.

We have stayed at this property for 14 years and will never go back. The owners are trying to sell their franchise and they no longer honor free nights with the frequent stay program. They have lost their liquor license and no longer offer complimentary cocktails. The property is going downhill quickly and we do not recommend it. One person in our group didn't even have a working telephone in their room. It's the worst!

I have visited Omaha on a few occations. By this point, I have learned that there is no better place to stay than this hotel. The hotel and the service are great. This is definately the place to stay!
