    On my way from New York City to the D.R. I stopped in San Juan for a couple of nights. An old friend recommended Hostería del Mar in Ocean Park, and I placed a reservation to stay at this property. This small hotel is fabulous, elegant and romantic.   • Friendly Bilingual Staff & Room Opens to Sand & Surf

    I had the opportunity while in San Juan to visit Hosteria del Mar to determine if I would like to stay there on a future trip to PR. The manager was very helpful and gave me a tour (in English), showing me the rooms, the restaurant, and the lovely beach the inn rests upon.
