Where to begin...We booked 5 nights over Labor Day, and what a disappointment. Nothing like we expected. The elevator was smelly and shabby, and the room was no better. Small, cramped, and dank; everything was damp and musty smelling. The "oceanfront view" that we "upgraded" to upon arrival, overlooked a public parking lot! ...

We had booked this place for a week. When we got their the place was nasty!! The view over looking the public parking lot, the long walk to the beach, The sholder to sholder beach that was the public section. Their pool was in the middle of their freak'in parking lot!! Bugs in the rooms,and just dirty and old with rust in the bathroom on ...

bathroom had mildew and mold too. the back of the door behind the bathroom door there was mold. the blankets were dirty. the fridge had mold on grapes from last person that was in the room. the walls were dirty. roaches were in the room too. i wouldn't stay here again.

I will never go back to the Ocean Plaza Beach Resort again. When we got our keys we went up to the room and were greeted by nasty elevator and then a hall way that smelled awful. When we got to our room the bed spread was stained and nasty. The bed spread was replaced quickly enough and we were all excited to be so close to the beach.

Aside from the ocean view this place has nothing to offer.
Overpriced, dirty, poor service, bad food, smelly rooms.. you name it - it was all bad.

The ocean view from the fourth floor is great, but the rooms are old. The first room we had, the bathroom was nasty and there was a leak above the tub. We did receive another room. The bathroom was cleaner with a new shower curtain rather than a nasty one like the first room and the floor seemed cleaner. It is hard to tell what is dirt and ...

we walked in our room and seen a big cockroach .the location was great you could see the ocean!we were charged $129.00,(for the room),$7.74(hotal tax),$9.03(state tax)each night,we were told about the $129.00each night and expected to pay state tax but didn't know about hotel tax.there was loud music at the hotel on the bottom floor.it was not ...

This hotel is just ok. The best part about it is the location, next to the pier. Although the balconies face the ocean, it is not what you would consider ocean front. There is a public back street and a public parking lot between the hotel and the sand. The carpet in the rooms is filthy. There is no fan in the bathroom. There is no information ...

The place is very run down,musty smells in the hallways and elevator,front security door broken,sliding glass door would not lock,nasty coffee pot,real glasses in room instead of plactic disposal for sanitation, mold on walls in room,ice machine on 2 seperate floors did not work,I stayed one night then went accross the street and stayed,the next night.I would not stay here again.This was in early March before busy season.
