New Years evening 2009 2010- just one out of three parking ticket dispenser working
- paying parking ticket at the lobby - a long line which blocked the hotel entrance to everybody and just one attendance
- A bad coordination with the acces to the "Gran Salon" which had an hour and a half late start, bad sound system (so noisy and loud) bad choic of artist wich ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Pleasant, but no "hidden treasure"Good easy to find locale, but pricey and not appealing if not for the pristine 27 hole (three 9's) well conditioned golf course (and accompanying pool separate from the hotel pool and beach). Okay if your expectations are very lowThe front desk and pool bar service were very good but the lounge service was horrible. The lounge was nearly empty at 10PM on a Friday night, the bartender did not get the one order right, the orders for the folks near me wrong and would not return for a second order or to deliver the check. Wonderful! My Favorite!I've been to countless hotels in PR and this is for sure my favorite. I've been there many times and love it, can't wait to go back!
I even got to see dolphins in the beach. I've had magical moments there.
It has a agreat vibe, it's beautiful and has a great service.

Won't go backService was really bad and very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. I asked many times about towels and other and was told if is not in the room you probably took them because they are always put in every room. loved itI was here for 8 weeks for work, absolutely loved the staff. Rooms were clean, service wonderful, especially in the exutive lounge. It was also a safe environment. I stayed here with my family from 08/01/07 thru 08/06/07. Overall the experience was great, nice clean rooms, wonderful view of the ocean/beach, clean hotel, restaurants, swimming pool, and great ample parking.
