Service was really bad and very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. I asked many times about towels and other and was told if is not in the room you probably took them because they are always put in every room. I felt so offended that I went to the store (Sears) and bought towels for me and my family.

I was here for 8 weeks for work, absolutely loved the staff. Rooms were clean, service wonderful, especially in the exutive lounge. It was also a safe environment. The beach isn't great, but the views from the rooms are wonderful.
