The staff and location are awesome. Its getting a little rundown as the rooms need some paint but its not a big deal. The only downside is that it has no decent water for showers. The water is nice and hot but I would keep your mouth closed for sure. If you have an overnight guest its no problem.

This is the best of the best hotel experiences on the entire Island of Saipan. The location,rooms, staff and cleanliness are all five stars. I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times on my business travels to the Island. I have never been disappointed and look forward to the time when I can get back and renew old acquaintances.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I've stayed their four times on my dive trips to Micronesia and would recommend it highly. It's centrally located. You can walk to nearly everywhere. It's clean. there's stores nearby, and many of the suites have a small kitchen so you can make your own lunches etc. Free coffee all the time and the staff is really helpful. Excellent value for you money.

If you don't mind walking to places, this hotel is a nice and cheap choice. The hotel has nothing to offer except friendly and helpful service and clean rooms, but if you are simply looking for a place to stay that isn't a resort hotel with resort prices, this is great.
