my family was in town for my daughter graduation so we had to be in town for a week, the front desk staff{ ashley & jalise} was very professional yes i would stay there again.

I like this place i looked at the reviews before going and still took a chance since it was close to airport and great price.I would recommend that people try it and not go by people personal likes and dislikes.
The only negative i can say is restauraunts are not real close.

First of all - you get what you pay for. This hotel wasn't in the best area (Riverdale - College Park area), but it was close to the airport (4-5 miles away). i believe the previous bad reviews were by rival motels.i have been entirely satisfied with the room service and the amenities provided(and there definitely were no bugs or roaches !!!).the pricing is very affordable and i would recommend these places to every person who looks for great living spaces for very affordable prices.

The managment is trying very hard to bring this location up to excellence. Every issue I have had the managment has corrected nicely and very quickly. I see security in the evenings walking around the property. It's not perfect (that would be home) but as a extended stay hotel, this site is trying very hard to keep my stay good and I assume they try this hard with all their residents.

The receptionist was very accomodating and pleasant. But
the room was smelly, the appliances and furniture was old and needs updating. The lock on the door was difficult to lock. The corridors to the rooms were filthy. I would not recommend anyone straying there.
