This was an amazing quiet hotel.We had the best time.The bar was right out the pool door.Our room was romantic and beautiful.We had a creekside deluxe king.Worth every penny.Will go back again and again.I loved how the staff was so willing to help.The only thing negitive I can say is that we did not spend enough time there.

I too work in the guest service industry and found the rooms, lobby etc. to be exceptionally clean and comfortable and the employees to be the best of the best.

Read some other reviews and let's face it, we can't be perfect ALL the time but Shem Creek sure attempts perfection in my eyes.
