Rude front desk personnel, as well as location parking lots were very unsafe,not to mention "condoms", in parking lot! I mentioned to front desk female clerk, and she acted as if I stated something wrong. STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The rooms are quite large, beds comfortable, pool and spa just the right temperature. Complimentary newspapers, hor'doerves in the evening, and breakfast were plusses. Very knowledgeable desk clerks. Great view of San Francisco at sunset, nice to be on the water.

I have found this location to be very a convenient place to stay. The staff is very efficient, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and roomy. As a guest I am afforded a daily breakfast and newspaper and they have computers where I can receive my daily e mail etc.
