Room was disgusting - torn and ripped furnishings, bathroom filthy, no coffee, Will never stay here again!

my boyfriend me and some friends stayed at this hotel i go to st charles a lot and this was a very dirty hotel the shower curtins were suposed to be white but were black and the brekfast was honey buns and bagels no donut or waffles there pool was frezzing cold and no towels. i would not stay there agian.

Needed directions to hotel and was told to stop @ a gas station and ask. When arrived heat was off, room was about 50 degrees and took several hours to warm up. Non smoking room had somewhat of odor, ashtray on table and cig. butts and ashes on floor between beds. Our daughters feet were blue from the paint on the bottom of the pool, stained them. ...

Everything about this hotel is average and that's what you should expect with what you pay for a room. Everything is good enough and the prices are great. You can expect luxury but you can expect a comfortable room and a decent breakfast. Great internet connection too.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLAEN STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT.
GREAT VALUE I WOULD DIFFENETLY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS

The room looked very clean,but when some water was splilled on the bathroom floor and we stepped on it with our shoes, it was solid black, after we cleaned it up we put some drops down and stepped on the carpet and back on the drops and found it was the carpet, it was filthy, we stayed 2 nights, also the sheets where not changed. We just found we had to keep our shoes on all the time.The breakfast was ok, but not kept up.
