I found the hotel to be outwardly beautiful, and the rooms were amazing and exceptionally clean.

The room were presented with a very sophisticated sytle, room service was quick, and found that the staff were exceptionally friendly and nice.

Walking away from the Sheraton hotel in Sydney i felt relaxed, at peace with myself.

From the time we entered we were treated very well. The room was very comfortable. (A harbour view is essential) We did not use the restaurant and bar as Darling Harbour is THE place to have breakfast, dinner and drinks. We only stayed for 3 nights but we were very impressed. Excellent location. We have paid more in Sydney for inferior accomadation.

This hotel was conveniently located near Darling Harbor and the Monorail. Staff was helpful, even let us check in around 10:30 am. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was the best on our trip. We would definitely stay here again.
