my toilet too,wouldn't flush unsecure front door,hair in tub..and a sleepless night ,thanks to the drunks and crack heads comming and going.don't let reveiws fool you,they fooled us.This place was a HOT MESS!!!!Too much money for a roach motel.

I stayed just one night at this hotel after a very long sleepless trip with two children. I ended up in a Handicap room with a large bathroom that was nice and the shower was clean but I soon discoverd that the toilet had to be flushed at least twice to get anything to go down. I also discovered the next morning when I could think straight there ...

I liked how nice service was but there could be some inprovement by, having staff in Proper uniform.But, i do have to say the staff overall are very decent! And of corse the food is supurb!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my room. It was just myself and my three year old and I requested to be close to the office. When we arrived I was right next door, the room was much larger than I expected, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling.

the parking is not adequate for the amount of rooms. also the breakfast is not very good. personnel did not keep it supplied and showed no caring in doing so. also went to the denny's next door and it was sorry also. cold sausage and bacon. the room was not bad.clean and descent shower pressure.

My room had fantastic beds/pillows. Air conditioning was cold and quiet. I got a great nights sleep, and had a great complimentary breakfast the next morning. Would stay here again, as all of my experiences and those of my family were positive.

The Best Western Inn-Virginia Beach is a great hotel to stay at that meets your all your needs. My family stayed here during the summer time and the location of this property is perfect. Not only that , the breakfast was outstanding, and so were the rooms! I truly recommend this hotel if you are coming into the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area.

Reasonably priced, comfortable and quiet. Have stayed here twice and have no complaints. Good service, substantial breakfast. High speed internet a plus.
