This is a new motel and is very comfortable and clean. The room design is both functional and attractive. The location is not very good, but, as all the motels are in the same area, one does not have much choice in that regard. We moved here after an unpleasant experience at another Oroville motel. Our room here was better by orders of magnitude and only cost about 20 dollars more than we had been paying at our previous motel.
