liked everything about this hotel .room with view over marina . breakfast really good .prime location in cairns . staff at the hotel were so friendly . couldnt do enough for us and gave first class service in anything we asked . even the domestic staff took time to have a chat . would love to go back . loved every minute ... stormy and fest xx

Lost our booking & not very helpful in trying to find this . Got locked out of room & they would not let me back in! We had 4 rooms of us & they tried 2 charge us for breakfast which was included. I was disappointed with the service, being such an expensive hotel you would expect more.

We've stayed her twice and both occasions were amazing. Both times our suite had views of the Opera House and the bridge. Watching the sunrise over the Opera House was delightful.

Traveling here with family. Required 5 rooms. While standing in front of checkin counter, waited 10 minutes for staff to even acknowledge our presence. They told us to wait another 5 minutes and they would help us. Waited another 7 minutes. During check-in, the staff tried to convince us to accept smoking rooms in place on non-smoking rooms. ...

My wife and I had a wonderful early check-in and laaaaate 4pm check-out, a beautiful room on the 27th floor with spectacular harbour views, and a bottle of Moet on arrival to kick things off. Service was attentive and polite and couldn't really find anything to complain about except they made a slight mistake with our bill on checking out (that i noticed striaght away).

Great for every age! It is close to everthing fun to do in sydney and the hotel is great whethern you are alone or with your kids.

This hotel was over the top first class! I stayed on the 28th floor in a junior suite and had a spectacular view of the the Opera House and Darling Harbour. Sydney is beautiful at night. It's also walking distance to everything that's happening.

We spent most of the week there and what a great place from which to explore Sydney. The harbor / opera house view is why you're there, so go for it and enjoy.
