Clean but primitive with mosquitos ,Not TV Radio, In a Club House once a day movie (Not new) , Was advertised as 5 star hotel (probably by Martian categories) , Food expensive 350-400 pesos for MEX ? food !!!!. I would rather stay in my swimming pool , then "communal"Waste of money

Beautiful setting and nice beach area. Staff kept the grounds clean and kept up. Wonderful food at the beach restaurant. Get the coconut shrimp!! Pools were clean and WARM! Beds not so comfortable for a 7 night stay. And did not like all the peddlers on the beach. Boat ride to Lovers Beach worth it and my son loved riding on a banana boat ($12 US)

We were stuck in the noisy hotel section for the first 2 nights and it was awful. Front desk people were not helpful at all and really didn't seem to care that we were not happy with our room. Finally got moved to a villa and it was ok,nothing great. The mosquitos were out of control and they even sprayed our room but they were still bad, so ...

We started to visit C.C. with friends as guests. Now we are happy owners and bring the rest of the family. Clean facilities, friendly service, helpful staff, excellent food and unique surroundings make this destination a clear winner. You can enjoy the beach with food and beverage service and the town is just a short walk away. Fun and relaxation are here for those who are looking for a great time.

This is the most amazing place I've ever been. Gone back several times with different people and all say the same. Last trip I figured I might as well buy because staying anywhere else would be a let down. Just look at the pictures! The Villas and the people are fantastic.

We have a timeshaare here been coming for over 20 years. This is the ideal location if you want to actually get away from the rat race. No TVs, no phones. Not "hotelish". Right on a great beach. Low key. Quiet. Very accomodating staff. Not pushy. If you want lots of activities and a party atmosphere, this isn't for you. Don't stay in the hotel style rooms that are on the back side of the resort. Stay in a villa.

We have been going to Cascadas for 20+ years as a family vacation spot. Every year it just gets better and better...the staff is so friendly even when I practice my bad Spanish. Dinner on the beach has become a family tradition. Now our kids are grown up and this year they are bring their new husbands...and the tradition continues.

Absolutely perfect! Immaculate rooms, spacious! We had 2 bdroom Escondido 20 with bay view (sunrise every morning). Movies and activities everyday for kids. Immaculate grounds, fabulous housekeeping and overall staff. Cascadas Grille restaurant was excellent and so was the staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the beach. 15 min walk to ...
