We stayed at the hotel because my wife and I were getting married in the county courthouse. We picked the location because of its convenient location. Jake's bar stunk

Jake's bar food was awful: Burned overpriced cheeseburger. Chicken quesadilla tasted like the chicken was from a can. Beer was warm. Room was much smaller than expected for the price. Liked location. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Went to the tribe game and was able to walk back to the hotel. Walked to our restaurant, walked to 6th street, and walked back, great location. We stayed here for my Husbands company function. All were to stay at the Renaissance but we got selected to stay at the Marriott. I am glad. We reserved a concierge level room. We weren't given one. We had to demand a rate adjust when we caught on...

Room wasn't ready at check in and the concierge lounge is closed on weekends.

Also, front desk staff is snide.

Needless to say, not high marks.

I visit Cleveland occasionally and will definitely return to this hotel. We had a very pleasant experience. Service was prompt, room was clean and did not smell of stale smoke (something that happens more often than I'd like!), and the price was reasonable.

Great hotel near Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum

This hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and my room had a fantastic unobstructed view of Lake Erie and of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-range priced hotel. I could see this being a great couples location.

it was just overall great when we went to cleveland for a spring break trip. We generally are satisfied with all Marriotts though just because. They are helpful and have really nice hotels and we haven't had a bad stay at any of there hotels

Amazing time, Outstanding customer service

The Marriott Downtown Key center was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The customer service was the best. Anything you needed they were at your service....Great time.... We were 3 minutes from the Rock and roll hall of fame. The room was like a palace. The price was reasonable considering the view, service, and comfort.
