Very Small room with no T.V., though we did see a suite and there is plenty of room in those. There is a T. V. on the lower level with comfortable sofas and chairs. Staff very helpful, and breakfast was good.
Inhouse restaurant not open except for breakfast due to the season. Location close to shops and other restaurants. A/C unit a little noisy when blower motor goes on. We would return if ever we visit Lewes again.
