The room was fine and clean. The bed was queen sized and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and in room coffee. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the dining room is very lovely and restful. The valet parking staff was especially courteous and helpful. The desk clerks were as well.It is within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I think it is a great value and would stay here again.

Older reviews are no longer accurate. The hotlel has under gone a renovation. Some of the rooms still need some work and are in the process of being remodeled. This is a class place, like being in Paris or Rome.

This is a old-world Euro Boutique hotel. It is very fancy with stunning architecture.

I consider this to be one of my favorite hotels in the world.

Some of the cheaper rooms are not quite as nice - you get what you pay for.

The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms were somewhat shabby. Both pools were closed, and one of the restaurants was closed. Valet parking only. The hotel did not live up to the descriptions that I read online. The hotel seems like it was probably a very nice place to stay about 20-30 years ago.
