Stayed at this hotel and I was satisfied with the rooms and the service. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and professional. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. A number of good restaurants are in close proximity and it is also near to the airport and cruise port.

I stay at Comfort Suites very often; this hotel is above average. Loved the rooms, Internet conection worked great, very clean.

We just needed a clean conveient hotel for an overnight stay. We have a new clean comfort suites in our town. This place was old and nasty. We reserved a nonsmoking room, we received a smoking handicap room that was also dirty. This was the only room available we were told and reserving a nonsmoking does not guarantee a nonsmoking room. We will NEVER NEVER NEVER stay in a hotel by this chain again.

Our first experience with this hotel was the hotel shuttle. We waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up. Granted, it was "free" but evertime we called the hotel they assured us it was on it's way. The hotel if maybe 10 minutes away from the airport.

We stayed here as part of a cruise package before and after the cruise. The location of the hotel was excellent. The airport and the cruise port were within minutes of the hotel.
