the staff was rude, the rooms were dirty, and there were no cribs available as promised! save your money and go stay somewhere else!!

I ordered 1 king non-smoking for 2 adults

I recieved 1 duble bed for 2 adults !!!!!!
the room wasn't clean at all and if this is a non-smoking i dont want to think how a smoking room will smell like .

If u can, avoid visiting this hotel.

The hotel was very affordable and clean with a very comfortable bed.
The free continental breakfast was very good with 2 belgium waffle makers, assorted bagels, cereals, danish and breads.
The staff was very good and friendly.

It was clean, people were nice, close to Hershey without the cost of Hershey hotels. I am in the process of making my reservation there again for this year. Would definitely recommend it!

Upon check in, there were two staff at the desk, neither in any type of uniform. We got to our room and it had not been cleaned. Very nice hotel. Close proximity to the airport yet very quiet. The front dsek staff was friendly and willing to help.

Easy access to the hotel helped and it had numerous eating establishments available in the immediate area.

Not clean, not friendly, Not enough help( only one person), Had to clean rooms ourselves, promised one room, gave us another, just a terriable place to stay..not even the low price was worth that.
