Is very cheap! and beautifull. the hotel is near the beaches and have close nightlife to.
They have a god service and the people is so nice.

I did not dislike anything. The people were awesomely nice. The service was great. And you need to try the food!!! Go visit both, their restaurant in front on the pool, and the one by it. The bar is excellent. Oh! They also have the recreation club for kids and teens. They teach them English, or Spanish; they take them out to to aerobics at the pool; they play games and find clues around the hotel with an instructor for a special trivia game.

The resort is ok, but the service was terrible, specially at the Restaurant, dirty tables were waiting all of us, and the waiters were slow, didn't care or were just plain tired. I hope it had to do with the busy time we were there 12/30 - 1/3

Having lived in Puerto La Cruz for one year, we had alot of family come and stay at Maremares. It is definately a nice hotel, but there are lesser known yet equally as nice hotels in the area for probably 1/3 as much, normally in the $30 to $40 range (especially since the american dollar has skyrocketed vs the venezuelan bolivar). The upside is the all speak english at the Maremares and are very helpful when you have a question.
