The room is spacious and very nice. Check in/out without any fuss. Although there are not many shops in the neighbourhood, but the tube station is just across the street at the back of the hotel.

There is nothing I dislike about this hotel.

by the time i will visit the place i know ther would be nothing to dislike.infact there is nothing to say you are to much and fantastic.do you want me to say more,okay pls come to my country and build this type of hotel and you will see the result after a year.

This place is beautiful and its "Winter Garden" is worth having a tea time there.

Regents park is close and the hotel is huge... Some of the biggest bedrooms you can get in London.

The only thing is that 1 staff member seems to do the job of 3 persons so that they are tired and cannot really be smiling to us clients... Odd impression...
