Their cancellation policy is too rigid. We were stranded in Boston due to a blizzard and couldn't get to Virginia in time to use our reservation here. Poor maid service--did not get coffee supplies for 5 days I stayed, bathroom was dirty and toilet stopped up on my second day (no, no kids playing). Room was dark, even with all lights on (front ground level, couldn't really have curtains open). High speed internet was very slow; "some hot items" on the breakfast menu translates to ...
