THANK GOD I didn't have to stay at this dump!!! I phoned early to get accomidation details and was hung up on twice, I was cursed at, yelled at and humiliated!!! When I phoned the next day to speak to the manager, Harry Battel, he hung up on me also, I called back immediatly and was told that Harry was not there. WOW!!! What is going on at this ...

Rooms were very clean, but little small for my needs, it's OK if you don't need a lot of space when you travel. good bkfst & great loaction by hwy 101.

Charged me more than originally quoted, bed hard as a rock, carpet dirty & covered in burn marks, two lamps broken, microwave missing, three of five light bulbs over sink were out, & smoke alarm was hanging from wires in ceiling. Admit I did not complain, didn't think it would do any good since desk clerk seemed very unfriendly at check-in. I really want to give them a negative five rating but the rating scale doesn’t go that low.

I made a reservation and when I got there, they said they didn't have my reservation. They ended up charging my credit card anyways. We shared a room with some friends and stayed there anyway. But the rooms were awful. They smelled bad and everything looked very sleazy.

We stayed due to Sonoma State College orientation.

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night and the rooms were small and dirty! I was afraid to walk around without shoes. Even a wash cloth I picked up was dirty. The blankets and pillows were stinky too. Not what I thought $99.00 a night would buy.

The room was a great value ($45/night) if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The room was small but clean and in good condition. This was the most economical around Santa Rosa and the review was pretty good. I stayed 4 nights - perhaps as good as Marriott in Santa Rosa. The rooms are clean with new/clean/decent furniture. Has a microwave - very good. Breakfast includes even eggs! They have free wi-fi as well.
