I went to Il Forno for a family dinner on Christmas Eve. The food was absolutely wonderful, the service was excellent, and the owner visited our table to chat several times. He was very friendly and nice, as was his staff.

This place is absolutely horrible!

The service sucks, the owner is a jerk, and my entire experience was just bitter. when we asked what they recomended from the menu we we're told in a rude tone, by the owner, "everything is good, you can order anything". as if that was supposed to help our decision.

I've been to this place a couple of times for work related going-away lunches. They actually took call-in orders, and our entire party of 20 was served the moment we walked in...excellent time-saver. Also, my wife and myself have gone for Sunday brunch several times. The food and service have always been excellent. The atmosphere is unique, especially for class-starved Azusa.

I love the Salmon the best but all the food here is great & reasonable. The Sunday brunch is delightful & kid friendly!
