Facility was clean and well maintained. Rooms were large with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. Mattress was the best I have EVER slept on. The room had a very bad odor coming from the air condition unit, the carpet need to be replaced, very dirty, the sofa bed had stains so I defintely did not utilize that, the entrance door looks as if it had been in a part of a burglary or break-in, the font desk clerk clothes was so wrinkled you could tell she was in the back office sleeping, sorry, but I won't be back

They were both so helpful during a difficult time for my family. The whole staff were friendly and very helpful.

I just read some of the reviews, the rooms could have been a lot cleaner, there were dust visible and the carpet needs to be replaced.

The room carpet was filthy. The bed was quite hard because there was no mattress - just bed springs. When I checked out at 5:00 AM, I had to awaken the night clerk. The requested wake up call did not happen. When the desk clerk was told of this her comment was "That's OK".

The hotel was OK,, the rooms are furnished a bit more than your basic hotel. However there is NO hot tub as stated, the pool is out doors and the business center in non existent.

There was no area information in the rooms and asking the desk help was like talking to a brick wall. They could not even tell us where to find a dry cleaner. ...

WE had a very good wake up call, we made reservations with credit card. When we checked in, we paid cash, the hotel registration did not do the cash transaction, did not give us a receipt with cash transaction. When we checked out, they told us they would have to charge our account. There should have been overage in cash box, unless the cashier ...

The pool was advertised as heated and when we questioned the front desk clerk her response was "we meant heated by the sun"
