I was extremely disappointed with this hotel; especially since I paid $160 for one night. The room was the size of a large closet, it had an order; the front desk staff left much to be desired as far as courtesy and friendliness and the front desk clerks were so loud at night they kept you up!! The room smelled terrible, the toilet ran all night, and the bathroom fan sounded like a 747 landing.
The beds were comfortable, but not the sleep number beds we thought we were booking.
There was a milk crate type setup instead of a dresser with drawers.
When we left in the morning the desk clerk never asked us how our stay was. I've noticed they never do when they know you have reason to complain!

I loved the convenience to a great mall. They transported us to and from the airport and kept our vehicle for 9 days- for no charge! Now that is service, not to mention great rooms and better service. I am going again this spring!!
