Truly one of the city's best hotels! The lobby is really nice and the rooms are awesome. The location can't be beat!

When I first walked into the lobby I was impressed, but a little ify on if I had chosen the right spot. I went to check in and a great staff member named Franz checked me in quickly and Franz walked me up to my room.

From the moment we stepped onto the sidewalk before The Peninsula we loved every moment! The beds were amazing! The rooms were luxurious and relaxing, offering everything you could think of! The entire hotel was quiet and beautiful! It was evident that a great deal of attention was put into every detail. We can't wait to go back!

I loved the stay it was the best ever and I think Doanld Trump is the best ever!! I would come back in a second!!!! (TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!!!)

I stayed one night in this glossy "Big Apple" hotel only to discover it had a worm in it. Yes, the rooms are clean but the internet photographs and room descriptions are misleading, as is usually the case. I experienced incomplete service, miscommunication between staff members and to top it all off, they misplaced my car and luggage. How this hotel got it's five-star rating is beyond me.
