Hilton bought the aging Sheraton, known for its flexible--and large--meeting rooms, and has beautifully renovated it. An elegant Houlihan's provides tasty and sophisticated fare. The pool is now open as well. Not sure about a fitness center, but there probably is one. Definitely recommended.

I Dislike this hotel...Its no longer a Sheraton..We had our family reunion over the weekend of 7/11-7/13/08 at this location. At the Banquet the food was VERY BAD...not enough, it was cold and nasty. The room was not the best, we had a big roach we had to kill...If i return back to columbus, I will never stay or have any banquets at this location.

Although the staff was friendly the hotel was in disrepair. The pool and jacuzzi was closed without a reason.

My biggest complaint is that I checked out a day early and was given my bill. A week later I get my credit card statement and not only was the charge for my visit there but an additional charge for the day I didn't stay. I called ...

It was just OK. It looked clean at first look, but the doors were dirty and the dresser fronts had drink or food spills down the front. The bath room tile had mildew stains and the sink was cracked with black stains in the cracks.
I REQUESTED adjoining rooms and they didn't even try to Accommodate this request. The staff in the dining room were very nice. I'm not staying here when we come back down for the Fort Benning Graduation.

The service was great! They were very caring and facilitating. Location enables you to have quick Hwy entry access. I didn't really have to worry about anything during my stay. They had breakfast and dinner and a full service bar. Also I never had a problem with the internet connection. They have WI-FI and I never once had to go down stairs to use the internet, it worked perfectly and consistently from my room.

and thank goodness not much 'ugly'. We enjoyed a quiet stay in a king-size bedroom. It was relatively spacious, and kept very clean by the staff. We put ice in our immaculate bedside bucket one evening, anticipating a drink in the middle of the night. It was melted by morning and when we drained the bucket in the sink, we were ...

the rooms were very clean and had lots of pillows. the staff was friendly and curtious and above all eager to make our say as comfortable and stressfree as possible. the only thing that we didn't like was that there was not wireless internet. For military personnel this is essential. overall it was a wonderful stay. thank you.

We loved that as soon as we booked our rooms, the staff was so willing to assist us and very flexible with our dates and our times.

We do regret that we could only stay two days.
