Most of the staff were friendly except a shuttle driver who was rude. (He did not put my bag in the shuttle or take it out). My room was by the pool which was nice, but the sliding glass door was broken and wouldn't open or close all the way.

The hotel staff are friendly, the food is good, and not that overpriced (when compared to other hotels). The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Club Floor really only consists of free continental breakfast in the morning, and some free drink coupons. Hotel has smoking, non-smoking, quiet floors, and laundry facilties. EXCELLENT ...
