the room is simply owesome especilly the bathroom. the price is reasonable but the service is very bad. after midnight there is no room service. i have to go all the way out to get some ice. service at the restaurant is good but the food is not that tasty. overall i like the enviroment so will go back.

Room rate expensive - voucher worth RM70 indicates forced breakfast at hotel. Bill shows breakdown of hotel room, breakfast rates & service charge. Receptionist needs training in customer service...why no SMILE, greeting, proper & actual info on room rates. For much much cheaper rates, we enjoyed the comfort & service of other hotels at C.Highlands.

The place is very good for relaxation and vacation. The furniture a bit old maybe can consider to re-furnish. And also please do more e-promotion.

Poor service by front office staffs, when ask for room service, they said no such service provided and another staff told they only provide when they are free to send, when we have steamboat for dinner ask either chinese tea being charge, one of the staff said free but end up need to pay for RM21.00,when clarify ..reason given new staff just ...

We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Strawberry Park Resort. The location of the hotel is fabulous, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. You get wonderful views from most of the rooms. I have not complaints about the service as well. We were also happy with the quality of the food served in the various restaurants.

I have been to Cameron Highlands many times in the past few years. I have tried various accommodation in Cameron Highlands and i feel Strawberry Park Resort is my favourite. uwaaa...sugoi ne...a very nice place to see n to go... to sleep 2,haha...the air is so clean n fresh... good scenery...eat well too.well, cameron highland is a great place to visit,don't waste ur time to think anything..just go n have a nice trip.

poor service from receptionists to waiters/waitresses. Have to wait and wait to get room, towel (not given when we check-in), food, even a spoon!

Room not convenient. Only have a water tab in the one and only bath room for an apartment pf 3 rooms! Can you imagine that?
