GREAT HOTEL!This hotel was great! Located in central Warsaw, it's about a 10 minute's walk from the Old Town & about a 10 minute's drive from the airport. (The hotel offers taxi service to & from the airport). The staff is fluent in English & very helpful at answering questions. I never got a chance to eat at the restaraunt; however, I ...5 of 7 Yahoo! Would Definitely Go BackThe room was quite nice -- comfortable and very clean -- and hotel service was fine -- not smiley or warm but efficient and professional. The a/c did not get cool enough and I sometimes was too warm but not bad. Holiday Inn 'Never again'We waited at the airport over 1 hour for the booked hotel taxi 'It did not arrive', we used the hotel taxi later in stay to only find out the prices are equivalent to the Mafia taxi.
The breakfast was dried out and of very poor quality and extremely expensive.

I love Holiday Inn Warsaw - It's just feels like at homeI liked everything there, esp. service. It's in the heart of Warsaw, so location is perfect. Amazing Restrooms!Aside from the receptionists that seem a little crazy (they've been programmed to assist customers, but I don't like the sterile atmosphere they put out) the hotel is great.

Holiday Inn- WarsawStayed in late September 2004-the staff was most helpful,concierge was excellent, the dining was very good. the room was very cleaan and was equipped for handicap usage and was more than adequate. At 105 euros the value was excellent. Very convenient to businesses, shops and tourist places. 10 minutes to the rail station.
