Wonderful place!This place is lovely, upon arrival you r given a glass of champagne, and a nice smelling coconut oil towel ( if you were to sweat) which you won't, to just towel blot your face with until your room is ready ( try to get there as close to 3pm as possible otherwise you will be roaming the property ( they will take care of your luggage. Want to go BACK NOW!!!We spent a week at the Cancun Palace and loved it! If you go you have to try the zip line tour! Schedule as soon as you get there to make sure you don't miss out! AWESOME! Wonderful for the whole family...This was our first experience with Palace Resorts and while I know things can go wrong and leave people with mixed reviews, we can genuinely say we had a relaxing, wonderful experience!! not a 5-star hotelSome things work, others don't.
Downside: huge hotel but when you show up for meals, there is one short-order cook and 20 customers waiting, at arrival time guest services try and sell you tours but do not explain that the hotel stores will not take cash, and you have to leave money or card on account, food variety is not great (as compared ...1 of 3 Yahoo! GREAT TIME!i love this hotel! The food is good but not amazing we went to the japanese restaurant 3 nights. For breakfest DO NOT eat at the international restaurant the atmosphere is horrible. my favorite was the japanese great service and kindness.in the morning we had to wake up at 7:30 am EST (or 1 hour back in mexico) to get good chairs by the pool. the ...4 of 5 Yahoo! LOVED IT!This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. It was very clean; all the staff was polite and helpful. The food and entertainment was top notch and we would definitely love to go back. Awesome PlaceI loved this place. Just came back from Cancun, Mexico. Stayed at Cancun Palace & just thought it was a Awesome place to stay.
Stayed from Nov. 30th thru Dec.7th 2007. I would go back to Cancun Palace again in a heart beat. The View was awesome had a ocean room view. The food was wonderfull & too was room service. Hope all go to this place & enjoy it.
