Stay has a great location if you want to be real close to Time Square and within walking distance to the Theatre District. The lobby and 1st floor atmosphere are very trendy and very cute. The hotel is clean and has a great vibe in the bar/lounge area at night if you are in the 20-30 age range (which we are). But the rooms are small, very small. ...

-the add pics show a room is coming with a desk - in my room the bed hardly fitted in
- they advertise the room with high speed internet and cable TV: the internet is ridiculously slow, only 10 cahnnles
- no drawer or closet
- AC unit extremely loud
- ON FRI & SAT THERE IS A NIGHTCLUB ON THE FIRST FLOOR – NO CHANCE OF GETTING SLEEP ON THE 2nd
- Iron and Hairdryer missing

I travel a lot and stay in lots of different hotels. DO NOT STAY AT STAY. Lots of reasons including:
-room WAY too small
-TV remote did not work
-All the ice machines (every floor) did not work
-can't charge anything to the room
-can take drinks to the room (of course they don't tell you that until after you buy the drinks)
-one elevator ...

Pros: Staff was very helpful. They greeted you nicely and would open the doors for you and help you get a taxi. Beautiful lobby. Big screen LCD TV was great. Location was right in Times Square as the name states.

Cons: Very small room. The room could only fit a bed and one night stand, that was it. When we get off the bed we would be ...

The hotel was just redesigned...really cute in the lobby. The elevators were extremely small but we just took the stairs. There is still some construction being done on some of the floors but its not like you here anything being done. Room was very clean...small but clean. Ive been to several hotels in NY and I thought that this wasnt bad for the price and location. At least it was clean and the were very attentive.

The redesign is simply beautiful - when you step inside the lobby you feel like you're in a boutique hotel in South Beach Miami. Yes the elevator is small as was our room but the location, cleanliness and the absolute comfort of that bed made it perfect for us. Slept like a log! You're in NYC - get outside and enjoy the sites people! :)

Would Not Go Back The Rooms were too small i mean way to small. the web site pictures are very misleading. I would not stay there no matter what the price

great location, ridiculously cheap, flat screen tv, comfy beds, modern clean bathroom what more could you need for a couple of days in ny!!! good service, small boutique like rooms.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was small but clean. Loved the Plasma TV. Staff not particularly helpful or friendly. No doorman handy to help with bags. Hotel still under construction. 4 guests, myself included, was stuck on the elevator for 15 minutes. Elevators (2) are very very tiny. We paid $500 a night, although it was centrally located, I do not feel we got our moneys worth. Will not stay there again.
